Mansoor stood at the door of their room and greeted them. Yasmeen answered and told him to come in.
They entered together. Jameel suddenly stopped when he saw Meemah sitting on the edge of the bed. Her face was red—it was obvious she had been crying.
Mansoor noticed Jameel staring strangely and asked what was wrong. Jameel said he knew the twins because they worked at the same company as his sister.
Outside, Mansoor encouraged Meemah not to look so sad. He told her she shouldn’t be like that when her sister, Meerah, returns. She forced a smile and called him “Yaya” (older brother), which confused Jameel.

Meanwhile – Meerah and Alyan
Meerah, who had been left in the room by Dr. Aysher, later woke up and found Alyan near her again. She was afraid and cried, warning him not to touch her. She told him that half of what she feared had already happened to her, so there was nothing worse he could do.
She begged him to take her back home, swearing she had done nothing wrong to deserve what was happening to her. She questioned why he kept calling her a prostitute and treating her badly.
Alyan responded angrily. He claimed he wasn’t playing with her and that he had his own reasons. He insisted she belonged to him and said he wouldn’t return her home yet.
Meerah tried to escape. She ran downstairs and tried to open the door, crying for help. Alyan followed her and told her no one could help her, and that wherever she went, he would find her.
She broke down, asking what she had ever done to him. He became angry when she insulted him, insisting he wasn’t the kind of man she was accusing him of being.
Later, she quietly went back upstairs. He offered her food, but she refused to eat certain dishes. Eventually, he left her alone.

After Four Days
Four days later, Mansoor and Meemah went shopping. At the supermarket, they met Alyan. Mansoor asked him to help speak to the Inspector General (IG) about Meerah’s disappearance, since she had been missing for four days.
Alyan pretended to be surprised and promised to help. Secretly, he knew the truth.
He bought clothes for Meemah, even telling her to buy double of everything—one set for her and one for her twin.
Later, Alyan returned to the house where Meerah was staying. He brought food and clothes. When she saw the clothes and realized there were matching sets for her twin, she became emotional and accused him of harming her sister the same way he harmed her.
Alyan looked at her in shock when she called him evil.
